Meet the Team

Nancy Harrington

Nancy has a special affinity for blending her passion for yoga with the beauty of Colorado. She started her business, Free Range Yoga, so she could host classes in unconventional settings, and encourage students to step outside the traditional studio space and their comfort zone. Her goal is to enhance the connection to oneself while simultaneously strengthening ties to nature, art, local history, and community.

Nancy holds an 500hr ERYT and has pursued various training programs both in the United States and abroad. She's delved into disciplines such as Sivananda Yoga, Iyengar Style Yoga, Real Evolution Yoga, Ayurveda, Hot Yoga, Yoga Barre, Vipassana Meditation, Trauma-Informed Healing, Thai Massage, Restorative Breathwork, Reiki, Ecstatic Dance, Life Coaching Certification, and Assisted Stretch Certificate. This diverse array of certifications has contributed to her distinctive healing approach.

She is our primary instructor and Assisted Stretch Professional. She specializes in balancing the body through mindfulness and movement. Book a session with Nancy HERE

Janet Gluskoter

Janet completed her 200hr YTT while living in Singapore in 2010. She then continued her training with the advanced 300hr YTT course when she moved back home to Austin in 2011. She moved to Evergreen in 2016 and is now enjoying teaching yoga in her beloved mountain community.

While living in Singapore, she learned several Asian principles. One of her favorites is the Japanese term ‘Shinrin-Yoku’ or Forest Bathing which is the practice of spending time in the forest for better health, happiness and a sense of calm.

Janet is also a Master Gardner and can tell you all about the plants and flowers in our outdoor yoga settings!

Sandy Cox

Sandy fell in love with yoga mid-life and have been learning and growing ever since.  One of the things she loves best about yoga is that she is both a continual student and teacher.  Outdoor classes are among her favorite experiences-with the beauty of nature igniting the senses.

As a teacher, Sandy hopes to enthusiastically share the joy of yoga in a lighthearted way that honors everyone.  She strives to encourage students to be curious as they explore their practice without judgement, while tossing in a little fun and laughter along the way.

When not practicing yoga, you can find Sandy playing on Evergreen Lake with her SUP paddle board, hiking in the mountains, listening to live music and generally enjoying the beauty of Colorado!

Cynthia Farrell

Cynthia first stepped into a yoga studio in Minneapolis, MN in 2009, where she found a welcoming community and a practice that has impacted her life in unexpected and powerful ways. In 2016, having experienced a career disappointment, she came to realize she needed to find fulfillment outside of work and signed up for yoga teacher training with the Yoga Center of Minneapolis (YCM). After completing YCM’s 230-hr program, she started teaching in 2017 at a small studio in Minneapolis; in 2019, after moving to Broomfield, Colorado, she taught at a local community center.

Her teaching style is Vinyasa-based with a heavy focus on alignment, which is influenced after years of taking classes from master teachers who have an Ashtanga foundation. For her day job, Cynthia has her own executive coaching and leadership consulting practice, and she’s been known to throw some yoga philosophy into her client engagements. Cynthia, her husband Chris and their dogs moved to Evergreen in October 2021, allowing them to be closer to the hiking trails they love and truly live their best lives.
