About the event
Join our founder, Nancy Harrington, in this class designed to boost your confidence in hands-on assists. She has over 12 years of teaching experience and more than 1000 hours of training in Yoga Anatomy, Thai Massage, and Assisted Stretch.
Nancy will guide you through the three types of assists: Alignment Based, Deepening, and Relaxing and Connecting. This class welcomes yoga teachers of all levels, including those who are not currently teaching but are interested in doing so in the future. To register, visit
