About the event
Join our founder, Nancy Harrington, as she leads this workshop on how to sequence more intentionally to enhance the experience for your students. Thoughtfully designed classes lead to less injuries and more success for your students. Learn how to design classes that are accessible for all levels and arrange elements in a way that makes peak poses more comfortable for the body. Learn how to develop a personal template that simplifies and streamlines the planning of future classes. This class welcomes yoga teachers of all levels, including those who are not currently teaching but are interested in doing so in the future. To register, visit
